Therapy for Moms who are holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside.

When you’re managing everything for everyone else, it can feel like there’s no space left for you. Therapy helps you feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself again.

On the outside, it may look like you’re managing everything. But inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or like you’re constantly carrying too much. Many moms I work with are functioning through full lives; work, parenting, managing relationships. All while quietly feeling like it’s all getting harder than it should be.

The goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and able to move through daily life with less overwhelm and feeling more like yourself.

How I can Help

I work with moms to create a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, overwhelm, and past trauma. Together, we focus on practical strategies and healing approaches that fit your busy life.

  • EMDR Therapy — gently process trauma so it doesn’t hold you back

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Strengths-Based Therapy — reconnect with your inner strength

  • Support for Parenting Stress & Mom Guilt — practical tools for daily life

Why Moms Choose to Work with Me

Hi, I’m Aimee. I’m passionate about supporting moms who feel overwhelmed or anxious because I’ve been there, and honestly, sometimes I still am. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle nap time (if that even happens!), school pick-up, homework, sports schedules, work, and trying to carve out a little “you” time all while trying to manage your own mental health, being a wife, a friend, a daughter… and maybe even feeling like yourself once in a while.

I also know how daily life stressors can lead to less patience, more mom guilt, and, if you add unresolved past trauma into the mix, a nervous system that feels like it might explode.

Motherhood is one of the most rewarding roles I’ve ever had, and it’s also been the most challenging. I’m passionate about helping moms navigate this journey, and I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and equipped to handle life’s challenges. So you can soak in the joy that motherhood can bring.

And yes, I am a professional too!
