A Little About Me
I’m a mom, a therapist, a New England transplant, a coffee lover and someone who is perpetually trying to figure out how to fit everything into a day.
I have two school-aged kids of my own, and I bring both my professional experience and my real-life experience into the room. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely curious about the people I work with.
A few other things you should know about me:
I’m originally from New England (go Sox!) and still miss some things about it. I do NOT miss the snow.
I drink coffee in the morning and green tea in the afternoon. This is non-negotiable.
We’re a sports family. There is a lot of baseball, soccer, gymnastics, and football around here.
I’ve been to therapy (and still go!) and know exactly what it is like to sit on the other side of that chair.
I’m warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I won’t tell you what you should do, but I will invite you to get curious, experiment, and try something different.
I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to try something new, and understood enough to not have to figure everything out on your own.
Meet Cooper! Aka “Coopie.” He is a four year old Golden Retriever who loves belly rubs, long walks and stealing socks. He doesn’t have any professional credentials, but he will nap in the room with me during our telehealth sessions and you may even see a tail wag every once in a while!
